In this paper a numerical simulation method for movement of rigid bodies, for example beer bootles, is presented. The method offers the opportunity of a computer aided design for material flow processes of piece goods to manufacturer and operators. Based on Discrete Element Method the rigid bodies are formed by clumps. By solving newtons laws and double integration of resulting acceleration the clumps are moved in the virtual conveying system.Downloads
